Certain pages are not displaying correctly. What should I do?

If pages are suddenly not displaying correctly, you may need to “clear your cache.”

Follow the steps below, which are dependent on the browser you are using:


Internet Explorer (IE)

  1. Go to the menu bar
  2. Click on “tools”
  3. Click on “internet options”
  4. Click “delete” temporary files, located in the Browsing history of the General tab
  5. Close Internet Explorer
  6. Re-open Internet Explorer

Safari

  1. Go to the menu bar
  2. Click on “Safari”
  3. Click “Empty Cache”
  4. Close Safari
  5. Re-open Safari

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Go to the menu bar
  2. Click on “tools”
  3. Click “Clear private data”
  4. Select “Cache”
  5. Click “Clear Private Data Now”
  6. Close Firefox
  7. Re-open Firefox
